| My top three books are The Perks of Being a Wallflower, Catcher in the Rye, and Don Quixote. The first two are about growing up, while the third is about the foolishness of knight errantry. Perks is about a boy named Charlie who has severe emotional problems and it's a genuinely depressing book. Catcher is about Holden, an angst-filled teen sick of the blatant conformism of the world. Don Quixote is about a man who ends up going insane after reading so many books about knights, so he goes off on adventures thinking he is one. It gets pretty funny at parts.
What about you guys? | |

| American Psycho and 1984 all the way. If you don't know the books, I'll honestly be amazed. | |

| Don Quixote and Catcher are excellent novels, yes. To Kill a Mockingbird Carrie Catch 22 A Clockwork Orange (I've read both the 21 and 20 chapter versions, and I like the 20 version better. Although I do understand the symbolism behind the 21 chapters) Slaughterhouse Five Animal Farm The Red Badge of Courage Brave New World Nineteen Eighty Four Green Eggs and Ham | |

| Also, read the book called "She Said Yes" it's written by a mother, who's daughter was a victim in the Columbine Highschool Massacre on April, 20, 1999.
Basically, the title of the book is that because one of the school shooters, either Dylan Klebold, or Eric Harris, don't recall which one... Was going to shoot her, she said "God help me." or something, they then asked "Do you believe in God?" and she answered, "Yes.". Eric or Dylan, one of the two, then shot her.
The story is about what the mom went through, and all this other junk, really good read.

Was a good book. Dude, yes. Any Michael Crichton book is a good book (well, for the most part), have you read any others? Also, MC died. I hope the publish his new book, he had one yet to be released but they postponed it when he died. Anyways, Yeah, obviously most MC book; which means Jurassic park, Timeline, Prey, State of Fear. etc. I also really loved I Am Legend. If you have seen the movie and not that book, you might as well Slap Richard Matheson in the Face, because that movie was an insult to a fantastic book. I recently read Catcher in the Rye, it was really good, and of course, I could really relate. Good book.

| I wish it took like two seconds to read a book. I'd be able to read sooo much more! | |

Well, then there's no sense of accomplishment if you can just read it so quickly. I mean, no body ever claims that they're proud of reading a pamphlet that's 2 pages. Unless they're a Mongoloid.

| I'm gonna count some manga in this cause I'm such a dirty Jap.
My favorite is probably Rurouni Kenshin. I'm a big fan of historical things.
Other stuff I really like: Yu Yu Hakusho Shaman King JoJo's Bizzare Adventure (My other favorite.) Full Metal Alchemist
I don't really read that much these days though. I'm starting to lose my knowledge of the Japanese language and I absolutely hate translations.
