No Facebook

After not logging onto Facebook for a month during the winter holidays, I realized Facebook was only a nuisance. I went on for 2-3 weeks after my break, logging on Facebook, but every time telling myself that one day I'd get tired of it all and would sign out.

It happened. I got tired of it all.
Tired of the lack of privacy
Tired of people joining stupid, lame and trivial pages/groups
Tired of feeling like a stalker, going on people's profiles
Tired of adding people I don't really care about, just not to be rude (which are the people who end up joining stupid, lame and trivial pages/groups)

I am now a freak, a person without a Facebook profile.

Okay, it's not that big of a deal... it's just that Facebook seems so ubiquitous nowadays that I feel special for signing out.

Social networking sites in general are like that.

Well I didn't join any other social networking site. I guess it'd have been the same for MySpaic.
