Latest project (pics, etc)

I've been looking for a little project all year long when finally, perhaps in light of Christmas, got one from a friend. It's a broken Glock 26 airsoft pistol that's gas blowback. I'll be fixing it up and pretty much swapping out the internals among other things. Once I find the model I'll post a lot more info in here.

Planned upgrades:

New magazine.
Steel Slide.
Red Gas compatible internals.
Threaded 6.03mm precision barrel.
Barrel extension (suppressor).
Rail System.
Reflex sight.

I'll get it up to at least 350 FPS power wise. I may or may not put the rail system on it, it'd be for looks if anything because it'd be too clunky to use in a skirmish.

Here's a picture of the whole thing. I'll probably post it field stripped too.

Indeed it does.

I just found the brand, HFC, so that will make it easier. Shit was made in 2001 though, so I'm not sure if I can even find parts for it anymore.

I love how the sights on that 26 have really bad irons on it. You also rarely see a airsoft pistol with a orange tip on it; might want to tell your bud to consider doing that; or he'll have to explain to a cop one day that it's pre-stamped-also the pistol looks like a KJ pistol. They make 26 models, however, good lucking finding anything on their sites. You're looking at a long time to repair as the things tend to "poop" out after every repair. But maybe you, as a gun repairman- can do better than the average joe.
